Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped with DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your item has shipped. Lost or stolen packages are non-refundable. We are not liable once the package is marked as delivered or for incorrect shipping addresses. Please verify correct shipping address when completing your purchase.
You will be charged duties and taxes specific to your country upon reception. Please make sure to track your package and be aware if customs are trying to contact you. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any package once it is in your country.

Refund Policy

Please direct any questions to shop@ugopaulon.com prior to placing your order to avoid returns. 

However, if you do wish to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so up to 14 days after the receipt of the product. But as there is a very limited number of items available in the store it is highly appreciated that the return is made as soon as possible. 

Please send an e-mail to shop@ugopaulon.com with your reason for returning the item before shipping. We accept items in their original condition for a full refund. Please keep the pieces in its perfect sellable condition. We do not accept refunds of any worn shoes. 

We recommend that you send the return goods by tracked post and retain proof of posting. Any damaged or missing items will not be refunded. The shipping charge is non-refundable. A full refund will be made within 30 days of your cancellation, following inspection of the returned product. You will receive an e-mail notification when the refund had been processed.
